F10x from Dassault<\/h3>\n Global industrialization project of a business aircraft with innovative technologies signed Dassault.<\/p>\n
ORATECH worked on the study and the realization of a composite moulding tooling allowing the manufacturing of the F10X upper hull in composite<\/p>\n

This is the first project allowing the ORATECH 44 and 59 sites to work with A2I.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner el_class=”range-alternance”][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\nHeat exchangers<\/h3>\n ORATECH worked in close collaboration with its customer over a period of 3 years to produce heat exchangers for electronic sensors. The customer realized the design of the part and ORATECH intervened from the development of the manufacturing process of the exchangers until the realization of a pre-series of 40 parts.<\/p>\n

Sailing performance parts<\/h3>\n Since 2017, we have been accompanying Emmanuel Dod\u00e9 in his quest for a Class-A world title. The Class-A is a boat that flies. As such, lightness is a determining factor<\/strong> in the ability of the boat and its skipper to rise above the water and reach spectacular speeds \u2013 close to 25\/30 knots.<\/p>\nOur engineering, metal and composite manufacturing and innovation capabilities have led to the creation of :<\/p>\n
