LivingPackets<\/h2>\n

LivingPackets, a 70-strong company based in Nantes, is revolutionising the world of packaging and parcel delivery with a number of innovations.<\/p>\n

For one of them, The Box packaging, \u00a0LivingPackets called on Europe Technologies in 2020 to develop and build its production lines, starting with the pilot line in Nantes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Transitics, robotics, special assembly processes, workstation ergonomics, component distribution, supervision… the subject was comprehensive, with a time challenge (to be operational in less than 9 months) and a major constraint: each workstation operates at different speeds but without disrupting the overall rate!<\/p>\n

With the equivalent of a dozen people dedicated to the project, Europe Technologies succeeded. For almost 2 years now, LivingPackets has had a semi-automated pilot assembly line with a maximum capacity of 100,000 The Boxes and The Box pro per year.<\/p>\n
