LivingPackets

LivingPackets, a 70-strong company based in Nantes, is revolutionising the world of packaging and parcel delivery with a number of innovations.

For one of them, The Box packaging,  LivingPackets called on Europe Technologies in 2020 to develop and build its production lines, starting with the pilot line in Nantes.

Transitics, robotics, special assembly processes, workstation ergonomics, component distribution, supervision… the subject was comprehensive, with a time challenge (to be operational in less than 9 months) and a major constraint: each workstation operates at different speeds but without disrupting the overall rate!

With the equivalent of a dozen people dedicated to the project, Europe Technologies succeeded. For almost 2 years now, LivingPackets has had a semi-automated pilot assembly line with a maximum capacity of 100,000 The Boxes and The Box pro per year.
