Metrology and control
Metrology includes all the technical capabilities used for the dimensional control of composite and metallic parts.
ORATECH can provide you with a wide range of possibilities to cover your needs by developing suitable control strategies.
In our dedicated air-conditioned room, with our small and large three-dimensional measurement tools (Stiefelmayer, 3D CMM, Faro arms), or on your own premises, with our FARO arm and our Laser Tracker, we guide you to guarantee the conformity of your parts and toolings. We pay particular attention to the maintenance of our control capabilities and handling of your parts in order to ensure the very high quality and precision of our measurements.
Working with the quality department, the measurement data are included in the associated documents (control report, quality file, etc.). If you wish, this data can be made directly available in your databases.
