ORATECH specializes in machining small and large metal parts. Our capabilities and expertise allow us to machine various materials: steel, aluminum, Inconel, titanium, refractory stainless steel, duplex, Marval, and more.

We are renowned among our customers in various strategic areas (nuclear, defense, aeronautics) for our ability to produce complex parts in 3 and 5 continuous axes.

We work both on goods entrusted to us by our customers as well as on complete services: including material supply, machining, surface treatments (tempering, coating, etc.), as well as controls and verification.

We handle the production of parts of up to 22.9 feet/7m in size with:

• the possibility of supply management of complex materials
• welding procedure specification qualified welds on our site
• heat treatments control
• 3D controls and verification
• NDTs (ultrasound, liquid penetration, magnetic particle, fluoroscopy)

Short time parts (maintenance, recurring parts)

As well as machining, we provide the global production and delivery of your parts requiring responsiveness (transport system for the organization of urgent operations).

We also provide composite machining.
