Detail part tooling, lay up, molding and trimming

Detail part tooling groups all the tools used to make a single piece.

There are two main groups:

Tools for composite parts (mainly carbon and fiberglass). This group includes molding and lay up tools.
Tools for metal parts. This mainly includes machining and trimming tools.

We produce tooling up to 22.96×6.56×6.56 feet/7x2x2m in size in various materials: aluminum, steel, Invar, carbon and more recently ABS Kevlar from 3D printing. Contact us.
